The title of this book sums it up for me.

They used to say that the Stork brought

the baby in a scarf in it's beak.

Babies are gifts from God and if you

believe in reincarnation this makes

sense, that the soul is newly delivered

into the body of the newborn.  This theory

explains the reproductive tampering, and

the right that the Angel/Aliens/

Interdimensional beings have to perform

the task since we are having so many

difficulties reproducing and learning.
